Sidewalks cannot have a cross slope of more than 2%

Ramps cannot have a running slope steeper than 8%;

Clear width between the handrails of a ramp run must be at least 36"

Ramps are limited to a rise of 30"and must have a landing length of at least 60"

If a ramp changes direction there must be a 60"x60" landing

Curb ramps required for newly built and altered streets, roads, & intersections or anywhere there are curbs or barriers

Curb ramp steepness no greater than 8.33% slope a width of 36", and adjacent counter slopes no steeper than 2%

Flares cannot be steeper than 2%
